Your Role

As an Account Executive, you will be a relationship builder, problem solver, and deal closer. You’ll be the trusted link between EFT Corporation and our clients—some of the biggest banks, telcos, and fintechs on the continent—ensuring they get maximum value from our cutting-edge solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Grow the Business: Hit revenue targets, craft winning sales strategies, and drive client growth.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: From first contact to closing the deal—and everything in between.
  • Be the Client’s Champion: Strengthen relationships, deliver world-class service, and unlock new opportunities.
  • Lead with Insight: Stay sharp on market trends and competitors. Use data to drive smart decisions.
  • Collaborate to win: Work across product, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure client success.

What We’re Looking For

  • A BCom or BA in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Proven success as an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Track record of hitting revenue targets and managing full sales cycles.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (CRM tools like Jira or Salesforce? Even better!).
  • Strategic thinker with killer negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-starter, high energy, and passionate about fintech innovation.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.
  • Are naturally curious and hungry to learn.
  • Can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
  • Sees every challenge as a chance to shine.
