• Lead discussions with clients and stakeholders to understand and document their requirements, processes, and expectations.

• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, and Jira tickets for the development team.

• Analyse business processes and recommend practical, cost-effective technical solutions.

• Use our AI-powered platform to move from scoping straight into building - you're not just handing off requirements, you're hands-on in the build itself.

• Work as a genuine part of the build team alongside developers throughout delivery, including UAT, not just as a link between them and the client.

• Provide expert advisory on EFT Corporation's platforms and services to clients and internal teams.

• Identify risks and opportunities early and help resolve issues as they arise.

• Mentor and share knowledge with Junior Business Analysts and Project Managers - growing the capability of the wider team.

• Get involved wherever needed across the team's workload - this is a hands-on, varied role.

• At least 5-6 years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within fintech, banking, or financial services.

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; a Business System Analysis qualification is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills - able to make complex technical topics clear and accessible to any audience.

• Technically hands-on, and someone who genuinely enjoys getting into the detail and building alongside the team, not just documenting for it.

• Endlessly curious - comfortable with the unknown, happy to say “I don't know”, and always looking to learn and improve.

• A natural teacher at heart - keen to share knowledge and mentor others (frustrated teachers very welcome!).

• Flexible and comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone to pick up new technologies and ways of working.

• A genuine team player who thrives on collaboration.
