Senior Project Manager (Kenya/South Africa)

Deliver Projects That Drive Real Impact:

• You’ll ensure every project is set up for success — using EFT Corporation’s delivery framework, tools, and best-practice methodologies. You champion standardisation, quality, and continuous improvement across all initiatives.

Master Planning & Seamless Execution:

• From initiation to close-out, you own the full project lifecycle. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage governance gates, keep documentation sharp, and ensure every milestone is delivered with clarity and confidence.

Keep Things Running Smoothly:

• You’ll maintain high-quality project administration — updating plans, RAID logs, Smartsheets, and progress summaries so leadership always has real-time visibility.

Drive Quality & Excellence:

• You’ll coordinate testing, ensure smooth UAT sign-off, support production readiness, and lead hypercare activities — making sure every solution we deliver meets EFT’s standards of excellence.

Own the Commercial Side of Delivery:

• You’ll help ensure contractual requirements are in place, support change control, track budgets, manage invoicing triggers, and collaborate with our Commercial and Finance teams to keep everything aligned.

 Be the Voice of the Project:

• You’ll build strong relationships with clients and internal partners, run effective governance meetings, and keep all stakeholders engaged, informed, and confident.

Protect the Project & the Business:

• You’ll identify risks early, propose solutions quickly, and keep the risk register updated — ensuring every challenge is met with a proactive plan.

Lead, Mentor & Elevate Others

• You’ll foster knowledge sharing, mentor team members, promote better ways of working, and help strengthen EFT Corp’s culture of continuous learning.

• A degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field is a plus.

• 7+ years of experience in project management or a related role.

• A good grasp of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong organizational, communication, and people skills.

• Tech-savvy and eager to learn modern project management tools.

• A proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude – you love solving problems and making things happen.

• Bonus: A passion for fintech and a solid understanding of digital or mobile solutions.
